A Celebration of Cats under the Big Top
Sunday August 29 | 10am to 4pm
OSPCA Perth County Branch | 345 Douro Street, Stratford

Feline Friends Network, in partnership with the OSPCA, Perth County Branch is hosting Catapawlooza! – our 2nd annual all things cat tent event on the animal shelter grounds. Admission is free and there is lots of parking available across the street in the Festival Warehouse lot.

The highlight of the day will be the opportunity for those thinking of adopting a cat or kitten to Meet Your Match – a fun quiz that matches personalities of human and feline to find that purrfect match.

Feline Friends is sponsoring all cats one year and older during Catapawlooza – lowering the adoption fee for each adult cat for the day to $50-$75. All adopters will go home with goodie bags donated by participating vendors, and best of all, in almost every case adopters and their new feline companions will be able to go home together that very day! At last year's event 15 cats and kittens were adopted, and everyone involved is hoping to top that record this year.

Also under the tent people will have an opportunity to ask questions of local veterinarians at the Ask a Vet table, as well as purchase cat-related items from a variety of vendors and pick up many free samples. In addition there will be face- painting for the young and young at heart, barbecue burgers for the hungry, and a chance to win at the 50/50 draw for all.

Garage Sale

Thanks to all who donated the many garage sale or auction items, volunteered at or attended our sale on May 15, 2010. We managed to raise over $2,900, surpassing our expectations!
